Your AI deployment partner for finance, accounting, and supply chain

we deliver with the speed of AI

You have learned how to prompt. Your chat assistant has become a daily colleague, but the road to agentic systems and automation is unclear.

What you need is the right AI foundation and an AI infrastructure.

It sounds complicated, but it really isn't.

THE AI FOUNDATION

What is an AI foundation?

Everything your agents need to know about your company: access to your data sources, your business language, what your numbers mean, and how you work and get tasks done, written down so AI can use it. Getting your data in order grounds your agents in your business context and makes them more capable.

With the right AI foundation, your agents:

  1. Have access to the data they need.
  2. Understand your business: which data to use, and what each number means.
  3. Learn from corrections and remember them.
  4. Run automations on a schedule or when something arrives.
  5. Show where every number comes from.

THE AI INFRASTRUCTURE

What is AI infrastructure?

It is the setup that lets your agents do real work in your systems, and do it safely. Their tools and data stay in your own cloud, they work inside limits they cannot cross, and a person watches the work and signs off on the result.

When your infrastructure is in place, your agents:

  1. Work toward a goal you set, and bring you the result to sign off.
  2. Stay inside the limits you set. A control outside the agent enforces them.
  3. Use tools and data that stay in your own cloud, with access your own people control.
  4. Share one AI foundation, so the next agent is set up like the first.
  5. Stop and raise an alert when something breaks, so a person sees it.
  6. Use the model that fits the job, and switch when a better one comes along.

THE AGENTIC KNOWLEDGE WORKERS

What is an agentic knowledge worker?

It is an AI agent set up to do a piece of your company's work. It works toward a goal you set, with your data and your rules, and a person signs off on the result.

Some assist your professionals: versatile colleagues with many skills, who take on tasks as they come up. Others automate routine work: narrow agents that do one task inside an automation, and nothing else.

They all share three things: your language, access to what their work needs and no more, and the operator. The operator is the person at your company who checks the knowledge workers' work and signs it off.

Three examples of work

  • AccountingA supplier invoice arrives. The agent matches and checks it, and proposes the posting.
  • BudgetingYou ask, "What if the new hire starts in March?" The agent shows the effect on the year.
  • ReportingAt month end, the agent drafts the report and gives a source for every number.

For each job, you choose one of three ways: the knowledge worker acts alone, it asks first, or the operator signs off.

A CASE: AN ACCOUNTING AGENT IN RETAIL

DuffBeauty on Google Cloud

An accounting agent that prepares the entries; the bookkeeper approves them.

DuffBeauty is a retail group with several shops and one small finance team. We built four things, in this order: the data pipelines, the warehouse, the accounting agent, and a way for employees to ask questions of their own data in Claude Team. A builder agent built and maintains all four.

Before and after

BeforeTo answer a question about costs, someone exported data from three systems, and it took two days.

AfterThe employee asks in Claude Team and gets the answer, with the records behind it.

AUTOMATION IS EARNED. ACCOUNTABILITY STAYS WITH YOU.

A step moves from "asks first" to "acts alone" only after it has proved reliable, and the way back stays open. Each correction improves the rules and your company dictionary, a written list of what your words and numbers mean. Corrections do not change the model.

An AI is a machine and cannot be held accountable. The human operator can be held accountable, and is. We help your people build the AI literacy to carry that with confidence.

THE FIRST STEP DEPENDS ON YOU.

Some start with training or a strategy session. Some want the data foundation and build their own agents. Some want the pipelines. Some want a diagnosis of where they stand and a report of where to go.

Whatever you start with, it begins with a conversation, and that costs nothing. You own what is built, and nothing moves onto a platform of ours.
