What we built, which systems it uses, and why we chose them. A client is named only when they have agreed to it.

• DuffBeauty on Google Cloud

  An accounting agent that prepares the entries; the bookkeeper approves them.

  For DuffBeauty, a retail group, we built a data platform and an accounting agent that prepares entries for the bookkeeper to approve. Employees ask questions of their own data in Claude Team, and a builder agent built all of it and maintains it.

  Before: To answer a question about costs, someone exported data from three systems, and it took two days. After: The employee asks in Claude Team and gets the answer, with the records behind it.

• Our own tool · Google Cloud or Azure

  An invoice reader that extracts the invoice lines and checks them.

  A tool we built and run ourselves: it reads invoices and other unstructured documents, returns the line items as structured data, checks them, and costs only the tokens the model uses. It runs as a few small cloud functions in Google Cloud or Azure.

  Before: Every invoice line was typed by hand, or read by a service priced per page. After: The reader extracts the lines; the bookkeeper approves a batch and reviews the flags.
