AI access review

We map your systems and data, who has access to what, and where your data must live. Together we agree which tasks to hand to your AI agents first, and you get a written plan with a fixed price for each agent. The review takes two weeks and has a fixed price, which we credit against the build if you continue.

This is for you if

  • You want AI agents to take work off your team, and you are not sure which task to hand over first.
  • Nobody has the full picture of which system holds which data, and who can see what.
  • Before an AI agent touches your data, you need to know where that data must live: in the EU or in the US.

What you leave with

The result
A written plan with a fixed price for each agent. It names the first tasks for your AI agents, agreed with you, and the price of building each agent.
The map
Your systems and data, who has access to what, and where your data must live: in the EU or in the US.
The first tasks
The tasks your AI agents take on first, chosen together with the people who do the work today.
The groundwork
The first pages of your dictionary, which writes down what things mean in your company; the first rules your agents follow; and the first entries in the logbook, where your agents write down what they did. The next step builds on all three.

What we do, what you do

WeYou
Map your systems and data, who has access to what, and where your data must live.Give us read access, set up by someone with admin rights.
Hold short interviews about how the work is done today.Take part in the interviews.
Propose the first tasks for your AI agents, and write the plan with a fixed price for each agent.Decide which tasks come first.

Worth knowing

Not everyone starts here. Some start with training or a strategy session with the board or leadership, others with the data pipelines that bring their systems together in one place. Whichever step comes first, it leaves groundwork the next one builds on.

Your questions

What if we don't continue?
You keep the written plan and the map of your systems and data. The price of the review is credited against the build only if you continue.
Do we need a data warehouse first?
No. The review tells you whether you need one, and where it should be.
Which systems do you look at?
The ones the work touches, such as your accounting system, ERP, inventory, documents and email.
Who needs to take part?
The people who do the work today, in short interviews; someone with admin rights, who gives us read access; and whoever decides which tasks come first.
How is it priced?
The review has a fixed price, agreed before we start. After that, too, you pay a fixed price for the result, never for the hours our agents work; ongoing work is a fixed monthly fee.
